A local startup claimed to start a project with Lancome to solve the brand’s three pain points:
  • Acquire new customer (who has no brand awareness of Lancome)
  • Convert potential customer (who either already visited Lancome online store or followed the social media account, but has not conducted any transaction)
  • Maintain loyal customer (who purchases Lancome products frequently and stays a repetitive buyer)
