Job Opportunity: Client Director SEA


Re-Hub is an exciting global tech startup based out of Shanghai, with a mission of helping large organisations solve their business challenges by leveraging Data through the use of proven AI solutions. We do this by scanning the world for cutting edge technology, and matching them to organisations seeking to digitally transform their business performance.

Re-Hub has grown its China business rapidly over the last 12 months, and despite the challenges of the covid-19 pandemic, has been able to successfully raise additional capital for expansion. The ambition is to build a profitable 50mn$ global business in the coming 3 years.


Re-Hub aims to enter into relevant markets in South East Asia, leveraging on its success in China and the large pool of global tech solutions in its portfolio. We are seeking a Client Director for SEA, who will work closely with the CEO of SEA and the Central client servicing teams to aggressively grow our footprint in SEA by building a strong client base and generating revenue. The role will be initially based in Singapore.


• Scan the market for relevant trends among the identified target segments
• Prioritise opportunities across geographies and industry verticals
• Build relationships with key target customers, understand the business challenges and identify pain points/opportunities
• Work closely with startup and client team to develop suitable business solutions
• Achieve sales targets and generate repeat/retainer customers
• Ensure client satisfaction through the project delivery

Skills & Experience

• At least a bachelors degree
• Fluent in English, and at least 1 other Asian language
• Minimum 10 years work experience with a successful track record, ideally in a startup environment or a more established technology organisation, in the business of digital technology or services
• Significant Sales (B2B or B2C) experience necessary, with key account management skills
• General awareness of digital developments in SEA with in depth market knowledge of at least 2 geographies
• Ability to work independently, a go-getter and can-do mindset, passionate to learn
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinker who can make connections to identify solutions
